ICON PAINTING STUDIO

 

Aim of the Studio: a return to the old authentic traditions of Byzantine painting, especially to the Comnenan and Palaeologan, at the level of materials, techniques, aesthetic and stylistic principles. The Centre is collaborating in that end with various icon and mural painters. A training programme in icon-painting will be organized to that end.
